We are PROYECTOS MÁLAGA, a renovation and technical services company based in Alhaurín de la Torre. We work regularly in Málaga city, Marbella, Fuengirola, Estepona, Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Mijas and the Guadalhorce Valley.
What we do
We cover the full lifecycle of a project: architecture, building licences, site management, turnkey construction and technical filings such as legalisations, change of use, ITE and building age certificates. All under a single point of contact.
Who is on the team
The PROYECTOS MÁLAGA technical team is formed by chartered architects, building surveyors (aparejadores), engineers and topographic surveyors. Every technical signature is backed by mandatory professional liability insurance. On site we work with our own trades and long-standing partners.
