Frequently asked questions

Do I need an architect to renovate my home?

Only for renovations that touch structure, layout or use. For non-structural finishing works a technical memo is usually enough. We confirm during the initial visit.

Can I bring an existing project?

Yes. We can review it, adapt it to the town hall and take on execution while keeping continuity with the original author if you prefer.

Do you also sign MEP and energy efficiency?

Yes. The project includes services (plumbing, electrics, HVAC, fire safety) and the required energy performance certificate.

Do you provide 3D visualisation?

Yes. We use renders and virtual walkthroughs where the project justifies it, particularly for full renovations and new-build homes.
