Do I need a licence to renovate my home?
Yes. Every renovation needs a licence. Non-structural works are handled under a minor works licence; anything that touches structure, layout or use requires a major works licence with a technical project.
Can I live in the property during the works?
For partial renovations, usually yes, sealing the work area. For full renovations touching services or structure we recommend vacating to speed up delivery and protect your belongings.
What guarantee do you provide on the works?
You get a written guarantee. In addition, Spanish law provides a one-year finishes guarantee, a three-year habitability guarantee and a ten-year structural guarantee, backed by the insurance of the technicians who sign the project and site management.
Do you work with an interior designer?
Yes. We can start from your ideas, coordinate with your interior designer, or propose finishes ourselves in line with the property style and your budget.
