Frequently asked questions

What outcomes can the ITE have?

Favourable (good condition), favourable with obligations (maintenance actions needed) or unfavourable (urgent safety works required). All are documented in the report.

Who is responsible for commissioning the ITE?

The community of owners or the sole owner of the building. We can coordinate with property managers to make it easier.

What if the result is unfavourable?

The required works and deadlines are identified. We can also draft the follow-up projects and coordinate the works until a favourable report is issued.

Does the ITE need to be repeated?

Yes. After the first inspection, subsequent inspections are due on a schedule set by each town hall.
